Refund policy

Sealed items purchased from The Beauty Theory Esthetics Supply may be returned for store credit or exchange, provided that the returned item meets the criteria listed below:

We do not accept returns on any opened, unsealed, used, or tampered products. Due to the professional and hygienic nature of our products, only items that remain factory sealed and in original packaging will be considered.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice received in person or in your shipment.

Merchandise must be in its original condition and include original packaging.

Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery of your shipment, or 7 days past the date on your invoice or sales receipt. If you are unable to return product to our Winnipeg, MB store within this time period, please contact us to notify us of your return.

Any incorrect items, shortages, damages, or order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after 48 hours may not be processed.

We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased directly from The Beauty Theory Esthetics Supply.

A re-stocking fee of up to 20% applies to all approved returns.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer to return items to The Beauty Theory Esthetics Supply.
