Pre-Order and Special Order Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order or special order. This policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.
- We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
- You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Special Orders
Special orders are products that are not regularly stocked in our store but can be ordered specifically for you upon request.
- Special orders are typically placed with our suppliers within 7-14 days of receiving your order. Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of purchase.
- Due to the customized nature of special orders, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed and may be subject to restocking or administrative fees.
- Once the item is received and processed by us, standard shipping and returns policies apply.

For both pre-orders and special orders:
- Fulfillment times may vary depending on supplier availability or unforeseen delays. We will communicate any significant changes to expected timelines.
- If an item becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund for any payments made.
