Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed and paid in full. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Local Courier: 1-2 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the following regions: Canada and the USA only.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
International Shipping
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping costs. These charges vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@thebeautytheory.ca within 3 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
