For fuller looking brows. RefectoCil Brow Lamination Kit allows you to design brows semi-permanently in any desired shape. The keratin inside has a hair strengthening effect and the application time is only 10 minutes. The brows can be tinted immediately after the treatment. A kit can do around 15 applications.
